Service Description
Train in a private, supportive gym with sessions completely tailored to your goals, fitness level, and lifestyle. Before signing up, please drop me a message at leah@superofitness.com to make sure I can fit you in at a time that suits you for your training. Each monthly plan includes up to 4 one-to-one personal training sessions, usually one each week, plus full access to the MySuperoFit app — so you can stay consistent between sessions. Your plan combines in-person coaching with online support, allowing you to track your food, log workouts, adjust your training, and message me directly whenever you need guidance. This isn’t just about showing up for your sessions — it’s about building habits, confidence, and lasting results both inside and outside the gym.
