If something unexpected pops up, I’m always happy to swap or adjust your session as long as I have availability that day. Consistency is key, but there’s always room for a little real-life flexibility.

Can I train with a friend?

Yes, I offer duo sessions for people who want to train together. Just keep in mind that you’ll both follow the same program, and there may be moments where one of you works independently while I assist or spot the other. It’s a fun, focused way to train as a pair while still getting quality coaching.

What’s your cancellation policy?

I ask for 24 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee. The fee applies to all cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, regardless of the reason. It keeps things fair for everyone and allows me to offer your slot to another client if needed.
