Yes. All 1:1 sessions take place in my private garden gym in Didcot, Oxfordshire. It’s quiet, welcoming, and ideal for women who feel nervous in busy gyms.
My gym is based in Didcot. Once you're ready for a consultation, I’ll send the full address and directions.
Absolutely. Many clients hadn’t touched a dumbbell before working with me. I teach you everything slowly and clearly so you feel confident.
We’ll chat about your goals, do a simple movement assessment, and run through a beginner-friendly workout. Nothing intimidating. No shouting. No burpee ambush.
Just yourself, a bottle of water, and comfy clothes. I provide all equipment.
I work from 7am to 8pm, and most clients have a regular weekly slot so it fits smoothly into their routine. If something unexpected pops up, I’m always happy to swap or adjust your session as long as I have availability that day. Consistency is key, but there’s always room for a little real-life flexibility.
Each PT session is 60 minutes. This includes warm up, your workout and cool down.
Yes. All 1:1 clients receive tailored nutrition guidance so your training is supported with the right habits and mindset.
Yes, I offer duo sessions for people who want to train together. Just keep in mind that you’ll both follow the same program, and there may be moments where one of you works independently while I assist or spot the other. It’s a fun, focused way to train as a pair while still getting quality coaching.
I ask for 24 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee. The fee applies to all cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, regardless of the reason. It keeps things fair for everyone and allows me to offer your slot to another client if needed.
