A: You can train in a gym, at home, or a combination of both. Your training is set around the equipment you have available, whether that’s a full gym, a few dumbbells, resistance bands, or bodyweight only.

A: Once you join an online coaching package, you’ll complete a detailed questionnaire so I can understand your goals, experience, and lifestyle. I then create your personalised training plan inside the MySuperoFit app and support you through regular check-ins, feedback, and ongoing guidance.
Q: What if I don’t want coaching but still want structure?
A: If you’d prefer to train independently without ongoing support, you can follow one of my self-guided Training Systems. These provide clear structure and app access without check-ins or coaching, and can be upgraded at any time.

A: Yes. I specialise in working with women over 40 and beginners who want to build strength, confidence, and consistency. Whether you choose a Training System or online coaching, everything starts at your current level and progresses at a realistic, sustainable pace.

A: This depends on how you train. Training Systems are self-guided, while online coaching includes messaging support, check-ins, and plan adjustments. All users can log workouts, track nutrition, view targets, and access guides and resources within the app.

A: No. Online coaching runs on a rolling monthly basis, so you’re not tied into a long contract. You can continue as long as you’re finding value and pause or stop when the time is right.
