Online Coaching

Supero Fitness Online Coaching with Leah

Online coaching is for people who want a clear plan, consistent check-ins, and support that keeps them moving forward. You do the work, I guide the process.

What online coaching looks like

Online Coaching | Online Personal Trainer for Women

If you’re looking for an online personal trainer who understands how to build strength, lose body fat, and stay consistent without extreme dieting, this online coaching service is designed to support you at every stage.

Supero Fitness provides structured online fitness coaching for women who want a clear plan, real accountability, and long-term results. Whether you’re just starting your fitness journey, returning after time away, or looking to take your training to the next level, this online training programme gives you everything you need in one place.

As a women’s online trainer, I specialise in helping women build confidence in the gym, improve their understanding of training and nutrition, and create routines that actually fit real life. This includes online coaching for women over 40 who want to feel stronger, healthier, and more in control of their body without relying on restrictive diets or quick fixes.

Your online fitness plan is tailored to your goals, experience, and lifestyle, combining personalised workouts, nutrition guidance, and ongoing support through the MySuperoFit app. This allows you to follow a structured programme, track your progress, and stay accountable—without needing to rely on in-person sessions.

This is not just another online fitness programme. It’s online coaching for training that focuses on education, consistency, and building habits that last. Whether your goal is fat loss, muscle building, or improving overall fitness, you’ll have a clear system to follow and the support to keep moving forward.

If you’ve been searching for an online trainer for women over 40, an online personal trainer for fat loss, or an online fitness coach who keeps things simple and realistic, this is designed for you.

How Online Coaching Works
As your confidence grows and you need less guidance, you can move down through the support levels.

1. Your plan is built around you

Your training and nutrition targets are tailored to your goals, experience, lifestyle, and the equipment you have access to.

If you’re new or getting back into training, you’ll start with more support—this is where Full Support comes in.

In the early stages, having regular input, feedback, and structure helps you build a solid routine.

Every workout is structured with clear sets, reps, and progression—so you always know what to do and why.

2. You follow the plan inside the app

All your training, food logging, habits, and progress are tracked in one place—regardless of which level of support you’re on.

The app removes guesswork and keeps everything visible—what you’ve done, what’s coming next, and how you’re progressing over time.

3. Check-ins create clarity

You check in through the app so your progress can be reviewed properly.

At the start, check-ins are more regular to help you build consistency and confidence. As you become more comfortable and your routine becomes second nature, support becomes less hands-on.

That’s where Medium Support fits—still structured, but with less frequent check-ins.

Your training, nutrition, and habits are assessed to see what’s working, what’s not, and what needs adjusting.

4. Adjustments are made based on data

Your plan evolves based on what the data shows—training performance, consistency, recovery, and progress.

When something needs changing, it gets changed.
When something is working, it stays.

This is how momentum is built.

5. Support keeps you consistent

You have access to in-app messaging for support, questions, and guidance when you need it.

As you progress, you’ll rely less on support—not because it’s removed, but because you no longer need it in the same way.

That’s when moving into Essential Support makes sense—you’re confident, consistent, and largely self-sufficient.

6. Progress is built over time

This isn’t about quick fixes—it’s about building a system you can stick to.

As your confidence, strength, and habits improve, your need for support naturally reduces.

That’s why coaching is structured in levels—so you can start with the support you need, and gradually move towards training more independently.

Who Online Coaching is for

  • You want structure and someone to hold you to it

  • You’re tired of starting over and want a real plan

  • You want your training and nutrition to match your goal

  • You need accountability to stay consistent

  • You want feedback, not guesswork

Who this is NOT for
Leah Supero Fitness Online Coach
  • You want a quick fix or a detox

  • You don’t want to track anything at all

  • You’re not ready to be consistent (yet)

  • You want a plan but plan to “freestyle” most weeks

Start where you need support—not where you think you should be.

Learn and Build

Start here: If you need guidance, explanations, and regular communication - this is where you learn the foundations, to understand what you're doing and get the support you need  to build it properly.
Once you’ve got that, and feel confident doing it, you step down to the next package.

Build and Refine

You already understand meal building, food tracking and exercise techniques but still want some guidance along the way.
Less support than Full — you’re expected to be a little more independent.

When you feel you need less support you step down to the next package.

Execute

You don’t need much guidance — just a personalised plan to follow and someone to keep you on track.
You now need minimal support. You’re fully responsible for your own execution.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Q. What’s the difference between Full, Medium, and Essential Support?

A. The levels reflect how much support you need—not different results.

Full Support is where most people start.
You get regular check-ins, more hands-on feedback, and ongoing adjustments to help you build consistency and confidence.

Medium Support is for when you’re more consistent and don’t need as much input.
You still have structure and guidance, but with less frequent check-ins.

Essential Support is for those who are confident and self-sufficient.
You follow structure and track progress, but with minimal support.

👉 Most people should start with Full Support and move down as they progress.

Q. What’s the difference between online coaching and personal training?

A. Online coaching gives you a structured training and nutrition plan with ongoing support and accountability through the MySuperoFit app.

You train independently, but your progress is reviewed, your plan is adjusted, and you have guidance throughout.

Personal training is in-person, session-based support.
Online coaching is about building long-term habits, consistency, and confidence—so you’re not reliant on sessions to stay on track.

Q. Do I have to count calories or macros?

A. No — but understanding your intake does help with progress.
Some clients track calories and macros closely, others use simpler food targets or habits. We choose the approach that suits your goals, experience, and lifestyle, and adjust as you build confidence.

Q. How often is my plan updated?

A. Your plan is reviewed and updated based on your progress, performance, and consistency.

With higher levels of support, adjustments are more regular.
As you become more independent, changes are made when needed rather than constantly.

You’re never left stuck following the same plan.

Q. How do check-ins work?

A. You check in through the app so your progress can be reviewed properly.

If you’re on Full Support, check-ins are more regular to help you build consistency and stay on track.

As you move into Medium or Essential Support, check-ins become less frequent because you need less input—but your progress is still monitored.

Q. How quickly will I see results?

A. That depends on your starting point, consistency, and goals. Most clients notice improvements in confidence, strength, and routine within the first few weeks, with visible body composition changes building over time. Progress isn’t rushed — it’s built to last.

Q. Can I do this if I’m nervous in the gym?

A. Yes. Every exercise includes clear video demonstrations, and your plan is built around your experience level. Many clients start feeling unsure and grow in confidence as they follow a structured plan and understand what they’re doing and why. I can give home workout plans and these are best if some equipment is available.

Q. What if I travel or have a busy week?

A. Life happens. Your plan can be adapted around busy periods, travel, or changes in routine. Consistency doesn’t mean perfection — it means knowing how to adjust without falling off completely.
