While Supero Fitness doesn’t currently offer a standard “app-only” product, it is possible to set up a bespoke app access only, so your training days, workouts, and progress are all kept in one place.


Because this requires your own

specific training to be added manually, it’s arranged individually rather than selected as a ready-made option.
