When I first started, I’d spend an hour on the treadmill or pick up the lightest weights because I was too nervous to try anything else.
Now as a personal trainer, I see so many women doing the same. They want to get fit, but leave the gym feeling defeated, embarrassed, and unmotivated.

Hi, I’m Leah, founder of Supero Fitness.
I didn’t touch a dumbbell until I was almost 40, and I remember exactly how overwhelming the gym felt in the beginning.
